A New Blog

After talking to a friend, I decided it's time to start a blog. It's an easy way to update friends and family on our life.

Clint is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant. That means while he's working on his own Masters Degree, he is also paid by the college to teach up to three classes in the Biology Department. This semester he is teaching two Zoology Labs. In addition to his own 9 credits, he's staying busy. Clint is also still in the Branch Presidency in our little (yet growing) branch. The hardest part of that is finding speakers every third month. When there are only 120 members (and half of them children) everyone gets a lot of opportunities to speak.

Jill is still working full time as a Residence Hall Director. It's a fun job, but challenging. She has 130 students in the Honors Residence Hall. Between her school "kids" and her own kids, she's constantly running. She's also serving as the Teachings of Our Times Relief Society Instructor, and it's a great calling. She's really enjoying the opportunity to teach in her branch.

Emery just turned two, and he's so much fun. He is curious and kind. Wild and sweet. He is very polite, offering a "Peeze" and "thank you" in almost every conversation. He also answers with "K" when he knows that's what you want to hear. Emery is learning his letters and knows that S makes a ssss sound.

Chani is 3 months old now and a very happy baby. She is a great sleeper and hardly ever cries. Emery loves to bring her binky to her and give her kisses. Mom loves to dress her up with hair bows and bracelets.
