Recipe Blog update
The recipe blog will be up Monday, but I need two things:
1. What should we call it, it needs a cool name.
2. Be planning. Monday we will start with a main dish, let's start with chicken, so pick a favorite chicken main dish to post on Monday.
After we name the blog, I will post the link Sunday night or Monday morning!

New Blog Idea

OK, I'm in a rut, and decided that this is the place to get myself out. Clint and I devised a pretty easy recipe sharing idea. I'm always in the market for new recipes, and I have a way to help everyone. Each week, I'd like everyone to share one recipe. I'm still trying to develop the idea, but this is what I'm thinking, maybe Monday would be main dish day, Thursday would be salad/soup day, and Saturday might be dessert day. If everyone shares a recipe, then it will build a collection quickly. I think that I would start a new blog that linked off of this one (one that would be findable from Google), and open for anyone to post a recipe. So, if I start this, would you be interested? Do you have other suggestions?

You stay on your side......
Don't mind the unmade bed. Emery has decided our bedroom is the new place to hang out, so over the weekend he was playing on our bed, and Clint went back at one point and asked if I didn't want to share a bed with him anymore. This is what he found.
The fence that my dad built to go with the barn was separating the two sides of the bed. Emery must be sure that one baby sister is enough!

Graduation
Clint graduated on Saturday. He was also asked to say the opening "moment of reflection" and chose to say a prayer. It was a very neat opportunity. Emery sat very well and Chani fell asleep part way through, so it wasn't even painful. It does help that we've been having church in the same auditorium while they've been working on the addition/renovation of our building (which should be done in less than a month). Emery loved clapping and cheering and said "whooo-hoooo" for every candidate.
I have to add one cool thing. Clint's advisor (seen behind him, doing the "hooding") Dr. Lawson, is retiring this year. He's never advised a graduate student and never hooded anyone before Clint. Clint was his first and only, during his final year before retirement.

Snow, snow, go away!
We also got snow.....BOO! It's May 2nd and graduation is tomorrow. My students are not able to leave because roads are closed and there's a Blizzard Warning until 4:00 PM this afternoon.
