Chani has enough hair for one pony! It's been a long time coming, and we've been doing it for a few weeks, but she had a black eye and it was Christmas, and we were busy......and the truth is, I don't have an excuse!
This is the first time I did it, the bow covers most of the hair, but it's there and growing in. Notice Chani's shiner? She fell while climbing the bunk bed ladder (bad mommy).
These two are from today. The hair is getting longer and she loves sitting on the bathroom counter touching all my stuff while I do her hair. The best is when I finish and put the bow in and she says, "Pretty!"

Very cute, Jill! That is quite a shiner! You are not a bad mommy, though I know how you feel. Molly fell off the side of the rocking chair and landed on her head then kinda rolled. I couldn't get to her fast enough, and just by the way the fall looked, I was sure she had broken her neck. Luckily she only cried for a minute and was back to normal. :) It can be dangersous when they want to do everything that big brother can do.
Too bad about the shiner, but her pony tail sure is cute! Cute bows too!
Just a regular mommy! I love a little girl with a shiner -- especially when she's got a cute bow to match!
She is so cute! It looks like you have a girly girl on your hands! :)
Her hair is really cute! I need to get some tips from you on how to do cute little girl's hair. Chris was the one who actually did the pig-tails in Marissa's hair.
What a cutie! I love the black eye as well. I am just waiting for one of my boys to get one or give one.
