Help me!

Apparently, I have not done a good job of keeping my head ducked in this new stake. I just got a call from a member of the Stake Relief Society Presidency. They are doing some stake classes and want me to teach one. I need some help, though. The class is about Healthy dips and snacks. I have a few tricks up my sleeve, but any tips or recipes you have, I would love for you to share. Healthy snacks and healthy dips. Got it? Thanks a million!

How about a good homemade hummus recipe?
And this peanut butter dip:

1 1/2 cups chickpeas, loose skins removed, washed, drained
1/4 cups natural peanut butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup hot water.

Combine in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.

Let's see...snacks.
Core an apple and slice it into rounds. Smear with natural peanut butter and top with granola, dried fruit, etc. My kids love these.

I'll see what else I can come up with.

If there is anything that I am completely unqualified to do (and there are many), it would be offering advice on health food. ;)

Chop everything up and mix together!
Spinach Dip~
1 {10 ounce} package frozen chopped spinach
1 {6 ounce} can sliced water chestnuts{optional}
1 pint sour cream
1 cup Mayo
1 {1 ounce} package ranch dressing

Thaw frozen spinach. Drain well. Drain water chestnuts. Chop. Stir all ingredients together. Chill.
Serve with bread peices, veggies, crackers, etc.

Fresh fruit is always a great snack! You can use yogurt as a dip for fruit!
