Christmas

We had a really nice Christmas this year.  We stayed in Cheyenne, and it was great to be able to be in our own space and not have to worry about hauling gifts and everything else out of town.

Here's the list:
Emery got a bike and some Legos
Chani got a horse for her American Girl Doll and some matching pj's and Christmas dress for her doll
Saya got a new bedspread and a doctor kit, which she loves!
Asher got diapers

Santa brought our family the coolest gift.  He brought 12 months of gift certificates.  We've already been bowling and we're doing out movie tickets this week.  He also brought a trip to the aquarium, zoo, ice skating, mini golf, swimming, and a few others.  The kids are loving it, and I like that it's spreading out our fun and there are no additional toys to be cleaned up/lost/broken.

We had some friends come for breakfast. We ate our traditional breakfast of sour dough waffles and sausage ring. After they left, we watched movies and played with our new stuff.  We had a nice quiet dinner of appetizers.
