But I still love you!

Emery is something else. On Sunday during Primary (our church organization for children) Emery was sitting with his class and his teacher was not in the room. They were not being as reverent as I wanted, so I went and sat next to Emery on the row. He said, "No mom! I don't want you to sit there, go back to your seat." I told him if he would be reverent, I would move. He promised he would, again saying, "Don't sit here!" I moved and then he turned around and loudly exlaimed, "But, I still love you, mom!" When I didn't respond, he got louder, "Mom, I love you. I still love you, mom!"

That's one of the sweetest stories I've heard in a long time. So, so cute.
