I love the first weekend in April. It means that we get to enjoy General Conference. It's always filled with excellent messages from our church leaders.
I had a bag of candy and I told the kids if they listened to a talk and could tell me what it was about when it was over, they could have five candies. Chani told me she knew what the previous talk was about. She said, "He talked about the dangers of the world." I asked, "What are they?" Chani said, "Um........bears and, uh, lions."
While Clint and I were listening, Emery was outside with his kite. He was able to get it up into the air all by himself. It was perfect kite weather, just a bit breezy. Chani's kite is broken, she was very sad. Maybe new kites will be delivered via the Easter Bunny!
