What's been happening here.....

I've really dropped the blogging ball this year.  I feel like life gets busier every day, and I get more tired.

Saya: Happy, busy, exhausting, super cute.  Loves chickens, candy, daddy, and Emery.  Screams "No" like a certain 5 year old that lives at this house, and it's usually at the 5 year old.  Happily attends nursery without a glance behind her at drop off, gives us huge grins and happiness at pick up.  Makes us laugh every day, and is truly loved by everyone at this house.

Chani: Bright, fun, emotional, loving, helpful!  Thriving in math at school, she's nearly passed all of the requirements to become a "Math Master" and will get a t-shirt soon.  Getting to be a pretty great speller, which is helping with her reading.  Helpful with anything I ask for, except leaving the 1 year old alone.

Emery: Intelligent, witty, eccentric, wise, pure.  Has been bitten by the reading bug and can put away a Geronimo Stilton or A to Z Mystery in one sitting.  Loves reading to his sisters and anyone else who will listen, and if no one listens, we always get a play by play at dinner or breakfast.  Can't wait to be baptized later this year.

Jill: Tired, forgetful, creative, crafty.   This pregnancy is wiping me out.  I'm teaching a basic sewing class at the college here, and it's so much fun, I'm loving it, but it's really making me reach and grow.  The general crumminess that I feel in early pregnancy is fading, and now I'm dealing with the daily heartburn (thank heavens for Pepcid).

Clint: Busy, training, helpful, thoughtful, quiet.  Busy developing a hybrid class (while teaching it) for Anatomy and Physiology, great concept, a bit challenging.  He's training hard for some 5K's coming up, hoping to have a really good season with some record times.  Itching to get out and plant our garden.....in May.

 Skating for my birthday

Saya loving her hot chocolate (thanks again, Aunt Sally!)
I really love it when they are not fighting!
