Not a lot to report around here, just trying to wade through the mountains of paperwork associated with buying a home. It's a lot of work, but I think for the time being we have filled out everything required until after the inspection.
Today I ran to the post office with Emery to mail off that mountain of paperwork. I reached for Emery's hand to help him up the stairs outside the post office, and he said, "I do it myself." The first of many, I'm afraid, but nice when I'm also carrying a wiggly Chani.

Oh, enjoy those moments! Just this summer marked the first time my girls could walk through the parking lot toward the store without having to hold my hand the whole way --they actually stay close without having to hold my hand! It's so liberating! You would have laughed to have seen our little hand holding train for the last couple of years.
Cute family! Congrats on the house and good luck with all the lender/paperwork stuff!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I hope to see you around again!
