The counter to their counter. So, we're looking at rates today to pick the best lender. Then we'll have the house appraised and move forward from there.

It's mostly redone throughout. They took the garage and made it the master bedroom, but Clint said the master bath needs a little work. The living room is the same yellow as the kitchen, and while I love it in the kitchen, it totally clashes with our furniture, so we'll be painting that room as soon as we move in.
yeah for his new job! I've been behind on everyone's blog reading. Sad though- it sounds like if you leave at the end of july, we'll miss you by like a week- we have to be there by August 6th! :( sad. . .make sure you keep in touch ok!
