We had a great year of preschool this year, and I am so glad it is over! I worked with a phenomenal group of parents and a super fun group of kids. I had a lot of help from moms and could not have completed the year without Haley stepping in to teach half way through the year. We did lots of fun projects (like fruit loop rainbows, coffee filter eggs, and a beautiful alphabet quilt). We ate lots of fun snacks (rainbow licorace, kid-made ice cream, ho-ho's and rolls with jam). It was awesome.
The kids learned this fun alphabet chant. It really helped Chani learn the sounds of the letters, which has translated into sounding out words for reading and writing.
