I took the girls to the doctor yesterday.  Chani needed a round of shots and a kindergarten appointment and Saya needed her 9 month appointment.  Both girls have a faint heart murmur when they are laying down, which the *doctor said was totally normal, and Clint said it's because the heart walls are thin so the blood sloshes instead of a distinct pump (or something like that).  Other than that, they are completely healthy. 

Saya is 18.5 lbs and 29 inches long.  That means she's in the 90th percentile for height and 50th percentile for weight. 

Chani is 34 lbs and 40 inches tall.  That means she is in the 15th percentile for height and weight.

*Since I can't have our Chadron doctor anymore (we really loved him), I have to say, I am impressed with our new doctor.  He spent a lot of time with us yesterday and was so complimentary of both girls.  Especially how bright Chani is.  It made me feel good as a mom.
